The Role

Working under our Build Team leader, you will work closely with our web designers & developers to deliver websites for our clients. Sotic adopt a mobile-first, content led approach to their builds and have their own in-house web framework built on top of the WordPress CMS.

This is an opportunity for a middleweight developer to influence and take forward our front-end solution. Knowledge of WordPress development is not essential for this role (though being open to learn the technology is desirable) as we’re looking for someone who can deliver professional, engaging front-end solutions.

You must be able to show initiative, own your work and make decisions throughout the build process.



* Javascript / jQuery

* UX & UI development

* Mobile-first, responsive web design

* Keen eye for design & detail

* Knowledge of accessibility best practice

* Experience with CSS frameworks & methodologies

* Experience with working to deadlines


* Experience with bespoke WordPress development

* Experience with API integrations

* Experience with javascript frameworks (VueJS, ReactJS)

* Knowledge of Atomic design

The Salary

Salary between £24k-£28k depending on experience.

As we work with exciting and dynamic clients across a range of sports there is the occasional need to support International and National events outside normal working hours and at weekends.

Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm.
