Sotic unveils dynamic new brand

Digital sports agency Sotic has unveiled a dynamic new brand which captures the agency’s commitment to innovation, quality and reliability.
The rebrand comes as Sotic move to larger office premises in Cardiff city centre to accommodate their growing team, with friends and clients of the agency gathering to celebrate on Wednesday evening.

Founded in 2002, Sotic are long established in the sports digital industry and work with some of sports’ biggest players including the Welsh Rugby Union, World Sailing, Tour of Britain Cycling and the Guinness Six Nations

Director Kate Maunsell commented;

“In the past three years we’ve completely modernised our technical platform while continuing to provide the same high level of expertise and customer service to our roster of clients.

We felt that the time was right to develop a more modern look for Sotic that reflected the transformation that the company has undergone and that better reflects our passion for digital sport and our commitment to developing innovative, engaging and reliable digital platforms for our clients. Things which sit at the heart of heart of all we do.”

The rebrand follows a successful 2018 which saw the continuation of relationships with clients including the Welsh Rugby Union and Six Nations Rugby as well as a new business win with England Netball and recognition in the form of awards, including the Cardiff Business Award for Best Digital Agency.

Sotic was founded in 2002 by Leo Mindel and John Ludlam with a vision initially to assist sports clubs, governing bodies and federations with navigating the brave new digital world.

Fast forward 17 years and while much in the digital landscape and the market has changed, Sotic continues to support sports rights holders, of all sizes, in developing and leveraging their digital platforms for commercial return.
